Transcription: Begin by pulling the shoulder blades together. Drop the head slightly forward and slowly pull the bar down to the base of the neck, keeping your arms to your sides and your elbows slightly behind you. Slowly release the bar back to a starting position. When the arms are fully extended but the elbows still soft or bent, repeat the movement. Be sure not to lock your elbows when extending the arms. If you feel tension in one or both of your rotator cuffs or shoulder joints, pull the bar to the front the body instead. This variation is explained in more detail on screen under variations.
